First Post

This is my first post in my new blog! Hopefully I will be able to keep this updated so that you can know what great things i do with my life. :) I promise I won't purposely try to bore you to death. If it happens, know that I'm really just trying to keep you coming back for more.

So I started my new job yesterday. It's a second job really. I'm coaching basketball through a rec center at a local middle school. I have 20 6th, 7th and 8th graders all to myself! It'll be a challenge due to the spread of skill level between all the kids, but I was ecstatic when each one of them accomplished the 3-man weave drill! I know some high-school kids that cannot grasp the concept of the drill. Now, lay-ups weren't rus as smoothly, but it was only the first day right! We have a tournament in 7 weeks agains the other middle schools, I'm anxious to see where we end up.

Well, nothing else too new to tell about. Except, my lil brother is coming to visit me tomorrow! :) He's going to attempt to help me with the middle-school kids. Oh, and crazy ass steve jackson may come to visit me this weekend :)
